Shipping Policy

Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, weather and especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. Due to COVID please allow time and patience for your items to arrive. SALES TAX

STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • In-stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours. 

  • Most orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days.

  • Orders shipped Internationally require an additional shipping charge of $10.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Orders with next-day and second-day delivery received by 12 pm (Central Standard time) Monday-Friday ship via carrier within 24 hrs. or the next business day if the order is received on a Friday. Please note that we use multiple carriers. We are not responsible for orders delayed by invalid address or credit card information.

 

SHIPPING METHODS

DUE TO COVID DELIVERY METHODS MIGHT TAKE A LITTLE LONGER THAN EXPECTED, PLEASE TRACK YOUR ORDER TO KEEP UP TO DATE WITH YOUR ORDER STATUS.

We use different carriers for our standard shipping methods, our items typically arrives in seven to ten business days, depending on your location, and includes tracking from our door to yours. Please call Customer Service at 1-866-478-6326 if you need an item delivered on a Saturday, or before noon the next day.

Return & Exchange Policy

Not Happy with Your Purchase? 

We value our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in the original packaging, in its original condition within 30 days.

Please be aware that duties, taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable.  The customer assumes all financial responsibility in sending their order back to Qaj Fashions. Our return policy is 30 days from the day you receive your order to make a return or an exchange.

Returns Policy: Please note that we cannot accept returned merchandise after the thirty (30) day exchange/refund period. Undergarments such as bra's and panties are non-refundable. We cannot accept items that are not received in original condition, have been worn or used, are missing the label/tags, or improperly packaged. Any damage items, items that are worn or have tags removed constitutes as a final sale and is therefore non-returnable. If you have any questions about our guarantee or return policy, please contact our Customer Service Team.

If you choose to ship without a pre-paid label, include your packing slip and a note advising if you wish to receive a refund or exchange. We apologize, but shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
